I wanted to tell you about something a lot of people forget on both sides and you'll understand what I'm talking about.
So, as you know, I have been involved in a in an accident recently. And I was stuck in bed, I haven't done anything for the last four days because I had no idea what I had. So I didn't want to make it worse. So I was just in bed with my leg elevated.
Noe the thing is, I was able to do this without worrying because my business just runs without me and this is the beauty, right?
And as much as a lot of people are praising me like, oh, man, you are such a genius. Here's the reality. I can actually go on holiday for like three months if I want to and my business is going to run.
And I I'm actually proud to tell that to people. And a lot of people do forget or maybe they don't know it because maybe I don't tell them. But now I'm going to tell you and I'm going to repeat that because it's very important to me.

ToggleThe REAL reason for my success… Guess what it is.
So as I was saying a lot of people are praising me like, oh, man, you're such a genius, I envy you and blah, blah, blah. I'm like, yeah, well, it runs. But here's the thing. And here's something that you need to understand. This business is running partially because of automation, but also because of people.
OK, there are people in my team who are doing that work while I'm not and even some of that automation. So I have someone in my team. Her name is Faith and she's the one who's actually building all my automation.
I do create the whole concept and stuff in there. But she's the one actually automating that for me. And you can't even imagine how much automation she's building for me. It's insane. It's absolutely insane. You can't even imagine.
So the combination of automation and then my team doing that for me allows me to have this privilege here of sitting in bed for four days and stuff just runs. But the main component of that and the main reason why I'm able to do this is because of them.
Itโs something that maybe I'm not making clear enough to people because a lot of people think that, well, I'm the genius, but no, I'm just the tip of the iceberg.
A lot of this success is attributed to these guys. It's not me. I mean, I do strategize and all that stuff and think about ideas and stuff. But trust me, the heavy lifting and all the execution is done by these guys.
Even this podcast you are listening to. When I record the podcast, I will upload it and then I have someone in my team who is actually listening to all the episodes as well. He's going to put it on different platforms and then he's going to create a blog post and then he's going to send an email out to you guys.
I realize how precious my team is. So I have the best team on the planet if you ask me. They allow me to go through stuff like this and not have to worry too much about how the business is going to run.
So my message to you is this. If you have a team and I'm pretty sure you have at least one team member or something. Thank them. Please make sure you thank them. Sometimes you are the face of the business, you know, and you get all the praise and stuff like that. And you might actually end up thinking that, well, everything revolves around you and you are the only one that matters and stuff.
But, you know, it's really not the truth. Itโs the team that makes it all run.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the real reason behind your business success according to FBC 367?
The real reason behind my success is showing up daily for ten years across content, customers, and tools while most people quit at month six. Skills and platforms changed, but the operating cadence never broke. Consistency at boring tasks like emailing my list daily beats every smart tactic anyone has ever sold me, because compounding rewards uninterrupted streaks.
Why does consistency matter more than talent when building a long term business?
Talent gives you a head start but cannot survive ten years of decisions without a system. Consistency builds the system that protects your output when motivation drops. I have watched objectively more talented creators quit at year two while average operators with daily routines crossed seven figures by year five, simply because they kept publishing during quiet seasons.
How do successful entrepreneurs stay consistent during slow periods in business?
Successful entrepreneurs reduce daily targets to the smallest task that still moves the needle, then protect that target ruthlessly. I write 300 words daily and answer five customer emails before opening any other app. During slow periods, hitting the minimum is the win. The goal in downturns is preserving the streak, not chasing boom month output.
What lesson should new founders take from the real reason for your success?
Stop chasing the next tactic and pick three habits you will run for the next 36 months without interruption. Daily writing, weekly podcast episodes, and monthly customer interviews are mine. Founders who switch tactics every quarter never compound. The boring answer is the right one. Pick a lane, stay in it, and let consistency math do the work.
