A quick reminder that we should live in the moment and worry less about the future.
Today I just wanted to shoot a quick podcast about a book that I'm reading at the moment which is called “Stop for a worrying and start living” which is a very good book.
And yes by listening to the book I just realized that in the last couple a couple of years, I've been worrying about stuff that maybe I shouldn't worry too much about. And I actually started living a little bit more. So for example this is the first time I mean to memory that I did that.
I left my house and went on a trip without actually taking my laptop. Because you know as I've told you I've been able to build pretty much the life that I want. So basically I can choose what I do every day. So I left with an iPod but I didn't even touch it. It was in the bag and I didn't touch it!!
A lot of the concepts that were in the book made me think “you know what? I could try for meditation you know just to give me a little bit more clarity and stuff and try to live a little bit more in the moment just instead of like planning ahead too much”.
And the book is a very interesting approach of how you can know live like to day without worrying too much about tomorrow but still making sure that tomorrow will be a great tomorrow. So I don't know if that makes sense. So I'll make sure to go play basketball more, which is the main reason why I decided to stay in Bali because I found a basketball court, where I could go and train every day without anybody bugging me.
Live In The Moment
You need to have your balance you know and basketball is something like that for me. I make sure to play ball every day. I'm going to do that and try to live it a little bit more in the present. So today for example I haven't worked at all. I was just enjoying the day.
So yeah that's pretty much what I wanted to say. This episode is going to be very quick. The point is I don't want to miss an episode because you know my commitment is to do an episode every day.
