I wanted to talk to you about working in in teams and how you can organize your company or your business.
OK, so well, as you know, I work alone, I work by myself in the sense that I conceptualize everything. I create the strategy and then I pass the strategy over to someone. But I hardly ever go and brainstorm stuff with people, I just come up with it and try stuff and see what works.
And then afterwards I put in place the systems so that this thing can run and scale. OK, so it works for me because do I have my own rhythm. I mean for me it's 100 times easier to go by myself.
So on one hand you have this freedom, this absolute freedom, which is the foundation of my life. So this is why I go at it alone on everything. But, you know, there's always a downside of doing so. Obviously, when you work with people, then you have to do some compromises and all that kind of stuff. You know, disagreements and stuff might take more time. Or at least that's how I see it. It will take more time than if you just go at it alone and just nail it and you just do it, OK?
But now I have created this little group where we are working on a really, really interesting project. And I have to say it is a joy to work on this project, not just because of the money or anything involved, but the people that are in there.
Right. We have a lot of fun. These are people that I love to death, you know, really good people. And we have good fun and we're happy. Every time someone is having some success, we're happy. Right.

So it is not very common for me to go at it in a group or something. And I absolutely love what we have going on. And it's the journey as well that I love. It's the journey because, you know, down the road you have to be creative. And that's what I like about this stuff.
You're sitting there, you're brainstorming something. You try something you have to create every day and you try something and bam, it works. And it's the best feeling on the planet. Right.
For example in martial arts or something, you have a Sensei. He will teach you some stuff and then you will come up with your own style. Some like kung Fu flying kick or something that they haven't tried before. And you might be able to train him on it.
And this is what we have going on in this little group, because I do learn from everybody, but they're looking at angles that I didn't look at before because it doesn't work. And then it turns out that it works. And we have some calls. We share information that we've seen because, when itโs just you again, youโve only seen what you noticed.
But when someone says, oh, you know what, I've noticed this, and this is really cool. This resource really helped me and stuff. It helps you change your adaptive strategy and actually make it better.
So it depends on the groups. I think this group that we have going on right now, it is really cool. I absolutely love every second of it. I see the benefits because again, youโre maybe conditioned to go a certain route because this is what I have always done, maybe and this is the direction I like to take for my lifestyle.
And if I want to explore this, you know, and they do it and we all do this, then we can share some information saying, well, you know what, I've noticed that this particular country works really well. You should go and try it. And what happens is that the collective effort and the collective brain to some of our brains, I think can do something that's a lot more powerful than one brain could do.
As smart as you think you are. A lot of people have different approaches, and they will explore like 100 or 200 options when by yourself you might be able to explore like five or something.
I mean, so, yeah, it is really cool. And it's also that's also something that you need to do if you do have a company.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does it mean that an entity inside you is smarter than you are?
It means part of your nervous system already knows the right call before your conscious mind catches up. The hands tremble, the gut tightens, the words stick in the throat. These signals are older than logic. Treat them as primary data instead of static, and decisions become faster and more accurate.
How do I tell intuition from anxiety when both feel like fear?
Intuition stays specific while anxiety stays vague. A clear signal points at one person, one clause, one room. Anxiety spreads to everything and worsens at three in the morning. Ask what exactly is wrong, get a precise answer, and you are listening to the smart entity. Get noise, and it is anxiety.
Why do I keep overriding my own gut signals on big decisions?
Most people override gut signals because logic feels safer to defend later. The cost shows up six months down the road as the deal that never paid, the partner who never delivered, the move that drained the year. Track your last three overrides honestly and the pattern becomes loud.
What is the simplest practice to start trusting that inner signal?
Keep a one-line log of every gut call for thirty days. Date it, name the signal, and write what you did. Review it monthly. The hit rate will surprise you, and the times you went against the signal will sting. That sting is the teacher.
