The thing is when you work online, you are always solving a problem, there's always something that will break.

People just think that, you know what? It's easy. But there's stuff that will break. OK, so I don't know. Your hosting provider goes down, your website, none of your links are working, meaning that all your campaigns are screwed.

If you're using tracking software, the tracking software goes down. So basically none of your campaigns are working or I don't know, there is a disk problem like a hard drive problem in the data centre somewhere and your website goes down. Nothing is working on your Facebook account. It gets shut down for some reason.

So these are some of the things that you have to deal with, though even recently, I have one of my email servers and for whatever reason all my business emails were bouncing. So I had to talk to support. They've been investigating for the last five days or something. I can't use the server.

So anyway, what I want to say is you I mean, if you work online, trust me, you are fixing stuff, not every day, but yeah, there is there is something that will happen. And so I don't want to discourage anybody here. You'll see where I'm going with this.

OK, so success requires you to actually go through these crises and not panic and then develop a way of solving problems, like troubleshooting skills and also trying to do different things. So you need the troubleshooting skills, which is also the reactive mode. You need to be able to react if there is something and you need to you know, you learn over time.

The second thing that will it will teach you is not putting all your eggs in the same basket because, again, I've had situations where the whole thing is down, so there's nothing I can do. It's not my fault. But that means that my server is down. I'm screwed. Right.

So it teaches you that, well, you need some load balancing. So you need at least two of each, you know, just in case something breaks really bad. You need to have other options. The last thing you want to do is start looking at your options once everything is going to hell.

OK, so maybe at least you've already prepared some sort of disaster recovery plan and something happens, then you action the plan. Right.

One thing that I do is I back up everything. I told you that, right? Because I had problems in the past where I needed to restart my business and stuff. And thankfully, I backed up every day.

So my point is this. So right now with everything that's happening with the coronavirus thingy. And this is why I was saying that I don't want to offend anybody. Is that a lot of people have kind of like lost everything they have and stuff because they haven't been exposed to these problems on a regular basis.

But what I'm saying is coronavirus is just another big problem that I have to solve in my business. It's not the only one. I have big problems all the time. And when something like this happens, then I'm actually already prepared. I'm not panicking and I've already prepared the groundwork.

So many things can go wrong. And if you work online, you just have to understand that, you know what? I need to have, you know, a little bit of YouTube, maybe a little bit of like Facebook, a little bit of this, a little bit of that, a lot of emails. For example, if your business is 100 percent Instagram and then they change something, you're screwed.

OK, you are screwed.

If you're adaptable, then your business is going to withstand the test of time and you're still going to be here in a few years when some other people will be gone.
