I have a lot of footage that I created for a project that I was running at some point last year or something, and we shot a whole bunch of videos and I was supposed to use them for something but it didn't happen.

And they basically they've been sitting somewhere on the hard drive and in Dropbox and stuff, collecting dust. I was thinking maybe I should start. There is something I wanted to do. And I realized that, you know, I already had a lot of footage and I just had to find a smarter way of using it.

I told you that one of the best things that you can do is to look at your current assets. There are a lot of things that you have that you forgot that you had. And I need you to go out and make a list of these things. Because these things can be reused.

So today, for example, I had to create 15 emails for sequence. And I had to create ten videos. So just imagine you have to create one email for your autoresponder. It does take time copywriting and stuff to make sure you get it right because it's not five minutes. So just imagine you have to do 15 today. I did 15 today and I edited ten videos. So do you think you can produce 10 videos in a day?

Why? It's because I basically leveraged everything I already had.

I had to kind of like break the sequences down because it was one long video, but I could break it down into different elements and then use them in a different way instead of one big video.

So next thing you know, I had ten videos today without actually having to shoot anything or edit anything.

And then afterwards I had to write a sequence of emails. So normally how much time do these things take, right. It takes a lot of time. But the good thing is I had already written like hundreds and hundreds of emails and there was a project I was writing emails for and basically, it was just a matter of me going there and adopting a template to this project here.

So changing a few lines here and there. And then boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. And that's the reason why I was able to do 15 emails today when normally I mean, just writing one good email will take a long time.

And for various different reasons, a lot of people will we will deem these old unused things as failure and stuff, no, it's not a failure, because today, once I want to build a new project, I have a lot more experience than before.

I have a lot more assets. I have a lot more knowledge. And with this well, the project that didn't work, maybe and I think this was like four years ago something and I'm a lot savvier than I was four years ago. I have better tools. So this content that I created four years ago might actually become insanely profitable today.

So that's one of these like big, big, big, giant reminders of leverage. All that the assets that you have, you have so many different things. You have so many things you can't even imagine. Even the photos, you know, people don't realize and they think they have to go and shoot billions of photos.

They were sitting on your hard drives on your computer and stuff there. You never look at them or anything. I am pretty sure that there is a lot of footage in there that you can use. OK, you don't have to come up with something super complicated to go out and get some new photos.

To get the project started, then look, you already have everything you need.
