I have compressed years of trials and errors, into easy to consume episodes, to take you from where you are now, to where you want to be.

So one thing is that the system we grew up in and the school system, and I don't know your job, sports and all that kind of stuff are actually using kind of like the same model to function.

OK, so let's say in school, if you're bad at math, then what's going to happen is that you're going to have a tutor in math to help you be better at math. Right. If you're doing sports and you're a bad defender, then, you know, the coach is going to assign someone to help you work on defence.

OK, so, you know, when you get your grades, you can see where you go, you have the A's, the B’s and then you have the C’s and then, well, you need to make sure that those C's become B's or something, if you want to pass and these are the ones that get all the focus.

We use the system everywhere because this is how we've been brought up. But this book I’ve been reading called “Strength Finder” has a very interesting perspective on things. I really wanted to walk you guys through this.

OK, so just imagine that instead of focusing on what you're not good at and trying to improve it, shouldn't you find what you're good at and capitalize on what you're good at? It's a completely a completely different approach. Right.

If you're familiar with this concept, then you can use it. It revolves around finding what you're really good at and you just focus on it. It is pretty simple.

So instead of wasting energy, trying to become good at something where you are not natural, you should focus on stuff that comes naturally to you. OK, and with this because it comes naturally, because you are very good at it, naturally is never going to feel like work.

And you can have extraordinary results in that specific area instead of having average results in the other one because it's just not you. And this is one thing that I understood at some point in my life and in my career, and it actually reflects in the way my life is a set up and how my company is built.

So me, I'm a creator. I'm not a performer who is going to do all this nitty gritty stuff. And creators, that's what they usually do, is that they create something and then they need to go and create something else.

All right, so at some point I realized that, look, instead of me trying to become someone I'm not and doing this thing that's going to suck up all my energy because I hate doing this, why don't I focus on what I do best and I will find someone who has those attributes that I don't have.

And you can see it every day in my company. I have people who have skills that I don't have and I don't want to have because it's just not me.

So all my life is actually organized this way where I'm looking at, OK, what am I really good at? What can I do naturally? And something that I just enjoy doing. I can do this 24/7. It doesn't bother me. I'll get out of bed and be happy to go out and do it. And this is how you are able to get some really good results.

Anywhere from a few weeks to a few years. The faster path is to start something small now, test it for 90 days, and use real world data to decide what to pursue next.
