Today we are going to talk about new experiences and how you should just get things started instead of postponing all the time.

I am flying to Sri Lanka on Saturday to meet a friend of mine. My good friend Stephanie you know I told you about her. She's a she's going to Sri Lanka for two weeks. So the last three days of her trip if I'm not mistaken will be on the beach and that's music to my ears. I heard beach and I said “well you know what? I will fly there because I haven't seen you in ages and I'm not sure when I'm going to see you afterwards.
So I'm flying to see her for those four days. So just to be able to hang out and stuff and then I come back here which one of the good things about what I do and this life I have. I can decide “you know what? Let me grab a ticket for the next flight to Sri Lanka”.
So anyway, I have you know these periods where I'm building something that will require like a team of five people to work for like six months to build. Right. So I have to do it by myself. So I just immerse myself in my work for like three weeks so I'm able to do it by myself you know.
But lately I've decided to live a little bit more. I already have enough things running so I go out and I see my buddies and stuff. It's really cool. So if I can go back to playing tennis that’ll be absolutely awesome.
There's more news I have decided to do to start a cleansing detox thingy because I've never tried that stuff. I've always wondered why people did this stuff. And today I was like well you know what? You go out you find a like a detox and they deliver some stuff to your house and everything. I’ve been putting this off for a while now. So eventually this morning I was like Dude you just go.
You drive there you try it and you order a box. So tomorrow I will start that juicing thing and I'll see how that goes. It's a period of like experimenting for me you know. Again I'm not going to like repeat all that but there are a lot of things that I've decided to try and start and as I said, the hardest thing is to start all right.
And now I start things. I've started swimming every day. I started stretching every day, I added a little know squatting and stuff. I never did squats why would I do squats? But I decided to do the squats and stuff to help my leg. And now I'm like well you know what? Let's start this cleansing thing.

So instead of thinking about it for too long, I just went there and I started. So I guess that will be the lesson for today and I will keep reminding you to just get it started. Stop thinking about it. So that's what I did today. I just I've just been online and just ordered it.
And tomorrow I'll start my juicing thingy you know. It will be a good experience. I've never tried this. I've never done a like a diet or something in my life. I've never done it. I didn't have to before because I was doing a lot of sports all the time and stuff. Because I want to be able to do what I want.
You know I don't want to be restricted to eating broccoli which is you my typical image of a diet. So if you're a dietitian or something please don't! I'm very conscious that I just threw out a stereotype. You have diets where you can do stuff and you can eat you know pretty much everything whatever. I'm just simplifying things.
So I've never tried it and I will say you know what? Let me give it a try. And the the secret is the art of the start. You just start. All right. So the lesson for you guys whatever you've been postponing, start it. OK. And. Well hopefully you guys are happy for me.
