Today, we are going to discuss the main thing you should focus on to get insider information on YOUR OWN product! This is an invaluable source of information but also a scary one man! Nobody wants to go there but yet it's absolutely necessary.

When you want to create your product, there are a few things you need to do. OK. Don't go out and copy competitors. But you need to do some level of market research.

And one thing I will advise you to do is when you're doing market research, go to forums. They're the best place to look for to do market research. Why? Because in forums you have people who are very, very passionate. So forums and reviews. On the forum people usually speak their mind. Right.

So when you're trying to establish yourself in a market and you want to create your own product, for example. What you want to know instead of like, again, blankly copying what someone else is doing, you want to figure out what kind of product people want. And how do you do that? So you're looking for two things, right?

So you're looking for the best reviews. So the reviews that are three out of five or something. Just disregard them. Okay. This this is someone who doesn't usually like plain, OK? It's not polarizing. It's not going to tell you much. Right.

You want people who were like, you know, raving about the product. So if people are obviously happy about it, make sure you have it as well. All right. And the other reviews that you want to you want to check are the really bad reviews. And what's the objective of this?

Well, obviously, it is that whatever people were complaining about, you need to make sure that you're not doing the same thing. There is a very good source of information for you if you know where to look.

And forums, again, people are very, very vocal and forums. And they will actually take the time to write an essay on why they don't like something. Okay. And you can get tons and tons of information from these people.

So this is very, very important. If you do this, then the quality of your service is going to be better than the competitors. And I don't remember how, you know, someone said the best business plan is quality.

That’s what I mean, as long as your product is a quality product, then that's it. You know, you you're going to have clients who are going to be happy about it. OK.

I wanted to give you a quote that I saw some time ago. “You're most unhappy customers are the greatest source of learning”. OK.

Right. So all the information you can get about your service. You need to take that, whether it's positive or negative. And the highest amount of feedback you're going to receive is definitely going to be the negative stuff that people are sending back to you. It hurts, right. You feel like that's not what people should be saying or thinking, ok.

But this is where you learn the most about your product. All right. So, you know, try to not to get upset and try to rationalize and compartmentalize when something like this happens. And that will help you improve your product or service very, very quickly and have more satisfied clients over time.
