Today, we are going to discuss how you can get far more sales than what you are getting now. How do you do that? By doing something that's counter intuitive and that delivers the best results hands down.

It's just a reminder, even for me and especially for me of what works with your audience, you know. So you have a message that you want your audience to hear. So you have something interesting to say, something that could help them in everything.
But there are different ways of telling that message in that story. Right. And the last thing you should do is to use jargon, you know, complicated words, really sophisticated sentences and stuff like that.
Right. So I try not to think about it when I write something. I'll try to make it simple. But here is the thing. You have this thing called the curse of knowledge, where, I mean, sometimes you just assume that people know that stuff. Right. So I was writing something and I was like, oh, man, you'll get more unique views through your website.
So, I mean, for me, it felt normal. I was like, oh, yeah, that's good. That's good. But you need someone you trust to come and actually read that stuff for you. So someone you trust is someone is actually, to be honest and who’s not going to say, oh, that's good. You know, just because. You want someone with constructive criticism. Oh, you know what? Well, maybe you should change this. Worried that you should make it simpler and stuff.
How To Get Far More Sales Without Complications
So I asked my good buddy Connor to take a look. So I told you, Connor and Ellen. I met them when they first started online. And now they're just killing it, right? They’re having a kick ass life. They're traveling all the time. There have people flying from the U.S., from Europe and stuff to come and live with them for like a month to learn what they're doing and everything.
So I asked Connor, can you tell me what you think? Because one of the things I admire them for is that they're good with people and they know the words that will actually, you know, spark something in a newbie. And he looked at my piece and was like, oh, you know what?
This “unique views” and stuff. I mean, it doesn't mean anything for someone who is just starting. You just need to rephrase this stuff, you know, and make it simpler. Don't use complicated terms. Just give them the basics.
And this is the product that I've created where everything's laid out for you. You just have to, like, plug it in and use it, which is actually what the system does. But the way I was presenting it was a little bit more complicated than it should have been, right.
For me, I had made a conscious effort not to make it too complicated. I think in the very beginning, then sometimes you just get lost and you start putting in complicated stuff. But these are concepts that I tried to apply to the best of my ability, but sometimes it's not enough.
Even though you think that, oh, you know what, this is simple. It's because you've written that stuff. You know exactly where this is going. You know the background. You know everything about the product and stuff. So for you, it sounds very, very simple.
But, you know, you'd need to have someone who's not like technical or anything or someone who was in contact with like complete beginners to read your stuff and tell you, okay, you need to simplify this. You can have the best product on the planet. If people don't understand what the product does, then nobody's going to buy it. It is just as simple as this.
