What you need to know about mind control.
Today, we are going to talk about what can take control of your mind. More importantly, we are going to explore ways to make sure this doesn't happen so that you can think clearly and ALWAYS stay in the driver seat.
All the answers are in this episode
I've been doing a little bit of work recently to plan my new year and it’s progressing really well. I'm starting to see a little bit clearer.
I read this quote recently. And I think it’s actually very true. This is something like you really need to hear. And the quote said,” if you don't control your mind, somebody else will”. So it's short, but it's very powerful. You need to be the one in the driver's seat when it comes to, you know, what you're thinking and what's going through your mind. So there are different levels where you can improve this.
So one level will be to be able to compartmentalize a little bit more. Because if you're too driven by your emotions, then people can get in your head very, very easily and they can control your thoughts and stuff.
What you need to know about mind control
So if someone knows how to push your buttons then some people will actually use those techniques and, you know, very often it's your or your best friend or something where they know you, they know how to push your buttons. But basically what happens is you let all these emotions and stuff run wild, then you're not thinking straight anymore.
And they can actually control what you're thinking, you know? But there's actually a lot you can do, which is to compartmentalize and never try to act or say something when you're like mad or anything. You'll take the time to think. And then afterwards you can come back. You know, if you want to come back with a vengeance, that's a problem. But don't let people push a button so that they will control, you know, how you think.
So the other area which I think is important, and I can see the difference from experience. What motivated me to make changes in my life was that there is a lot of stuff on like television that's actually controlling how you think. Everything on television is biased.
So even the most interesting show about history, about science, about blah, blah, blah, has been created and someone had to cut some elements of stuff. You can't have everything in there. There there's always someone else's influence on it. OK. So what I'm going to say here is not saying, you know what? You're only watching crap. I'm watching good stuff.
So there is stuff that is better than other stuff because I actually learn stuff. But I always keep in mind that whatever I'm watching on television has been edited by someone, there is a producer.
But anyway, I'm not saying my programs are good, your programs are bad or something or anything like that. But what I'm saying is that television is one of the reasons why I stopped watching television.
Because if you listen to the news and if you watch the news in different countries, dude, it's scary, man. It's a scary place. There was a mass shooting here and some dude, like, blackmailed this guy. And then there was some embezzlement there and stuff like that. There is nothing positive from there.
And this is controlling how you perceive the world, and how you perceive other people. And you once you don't have all of that stuff and you start traveling, you start meeting people, you realize that, you know what? People are not that bad. You were looking at it from someone else's lens. Television is giving an image of the world that is not yours, it is someone else's.
You want to build yours. You want to experience stuff and you'll get an educated opinion based on something you've lived. You know, you can have an educated opinion about something because you read it or something. But I think the best experience is when you lived it.
