The successful people are the ones who actually take steps and get out of their comfort zone. It's something that we all have to do if you want anything in life. If you want success, then you will have to get out of your comfort zone.
So if you say I haven't achieved anything, well, it's because you've been in that comfort zone and that's all you've done. And if you want to do something different, if you want to reach different results and better results, well you have to do something different. It's just simple.
I love this podcast, man. I just speak and that's it. So I remember when I started this podcast. I was nervous man. But you know, over time I got a lot more confident with this podcast. Right in the beginning I had no idea what I was doing. I mean, now its episode 260, right.
So I'm pretty comfortable with it. I'm just being myself here, you know. And that confidence actually grew to other stuff. To a point where I could make videos. I said, oh you know what? Let's do a video. All right. And I absolutely loved it
So I actually made a storyboard for the video that I was going to do. OK. Which is cool. All the sequences that you're going to shoot so that when you are shooting them, you know exactly what you want to do. Right.
So usually people what they do is that they're going to draw it. And you're like different like images and stuff. But I did something else that works for me, how my brain works and stuff. And the result was really, really cool.
Why your comfort is killing your potential
So I learned something new today that I kind of like doing that stuff, you know? So I had this scenario in my mind and I was telling people, all right. OK, so you're going to stand here, you're going to do this and all that stuff, and then we're going to do that. And then you can come from this angle. And stuff was cool. It was really cool.
So I kind of experience for a little while what video creators go through when they create stuff for themselves. But the good thing is, you know, I got out of my comfort zone, you know, and I'm pretty sure that the result is going to be a lot a lot better than anything I would have done if I had stayed in my comfort zone.
The message that I want to convey is going to be all me. And it's that's way better than I could have had with anybody. Not saying that people can't or don't know how to do their job. Maybe they could have done something like this.
So it's just one example of the fact that really good things can happen when you decide to go out of your comfort zone. Right. And, you know, looking back, I'm like, dude, I mean, it's not that difficult. Why was I so reluctant of doing it right? It wasn't painful or anything. And nobody died, you know. And it's sure to be the case with a lot of different things that you've been avoiding.
Try it. What's the worst thing that can happen? Right. The worst that can happen is that if it doesn't work, and the best that can happen is that it works really well.
