Today, I want to tell you about how I bought $300 worth of nothingness… This is an experience that some of you guys might have had in the past and maybe you can relate.

I wanted to tell you about an unpleasant experience that I have right now with a product.

I went to this event. And so there this guy I mean, the dude's a brilliant, brilliant salesman. He was able to close a lot of people at the event. The dude is very convincing. Right. A really good salesman. But I couldn't figure out what's inside the product man?

Because every time he was about to say what was inside the product, he said oh yeah I'll tell you later. So I mean nobody knew what was in the product. So basically he was selling what appeared to be nothing. And I was like, well, the dude is really good.

You have to understand this. I mean this dude is able to close people on a product and you have no idea what's in there. I've been in the business for quite a while and stuff. So based on what people say I kind of have an idea of what's in there.

But in that case I have no idea. So I was like, well, you know what? I’m buying into that product so I can see what's behind it. And I really wanted to see what's behind it because the dude's a brilliant salesperson. Right.

And that's one of the things that you can afford to do once you've built some passive income and the business allows you to invest in yourself, that's a priority. Right. So I did give my money and that was like three weeks ago I.

So after three weeks, I still don't have access to a member’s area or I still haven't seen anything, like nothing. So I emailed him and I'm like what's the deal here? I did pay and I still don't have anything. So can you please send me some logins or something?

The art of selling NOTHING

So yesterday I finally got my access and I actually just logged in and to see what was in there. And I open it and there is one PDF in there. But you know the type of PDF where you didn't even bother to normalize the text. The titles are at the bottom of the page or in the middle of the page or something. There is one blank page and something like that.

And it's the most trivial information you could find out there. What is passive income? With twenty five trivial answers that you can find on the worst possible forum on the Internet and I'm like, what? And then there is a video.

So I was expecting to see some modules, some videos, and some actionable stuff in there. And there is one video where basically the dude is talking and he's not saying anything. Same thing as he was doing in the event.

Well, you know what? I am going to teach you this course and by the way, you need to go and buy this book. And I'm like, what do you mean I need to go and buy the book? The only action that you're asked to do is go buy this book, go buy my book. And the rest is 55 minutes of video where the dude's just not saying anything, just making conversation.

Oh yeah. Well, yeah. You have to be committed. But committed to what my friend? Like, I have no idea what's in there. It just drives me insane. And that's one thing that I really don't like about what some people are doing when they're going to sell you something.

Well, you know, if anything, because here in this case, it's the first time. But on the other hand, I admire the dude. He's able to sell nothing and get hundreds of dollars for it.

That's one of the things that I don't like because a lot of people will have a negative image of anybody selling anything on the Internet. It will be a scam because this comforts these people in their belief that people are there to scam you. So this is where you make false promises and you don't deliver.

What I like to do is when you buy your training from me, its actionable stuff. If you go to the training and you can actually do it at the same time as the training, you see results fast.
