So today I wanted to touch base on something that I think is very important and this is something that you will face before you start anything. And we basically need to debunk this because it's killing a lot of people's ambitions and a lot of people's potential.
A lot of businesses and a lot of ideas could have been implemented and started but just because of this never happened. So the subject of today is…. who do you take advice from? OK. Because this is very important.

I meet a lot of people who basically have the wrong idea about business. And one of the main problems that I see is that they might be asking the wrong people. It drives me insane right. So let. Let me give you an example.
So let's say a computer is broken. I need my computer fixed. Who do you ask? Are you going to ask your butcher to come in fix your computer? No you don't ask the butcher, you don’t ask the mailman or you don't ask the plumber right?
You are going to ask the computer guy because he knows this stuff around computers right. And you will do that naturally. OK. You'll try yourself. You will you'll take the mouse and hit it on the on the table. It doesn't work. And then you call someone who knows this stuff.
Same thing for your cable. Cable is broken. What do you do? You ask the maid? No, she doesn't know. You're going to ask the cable guy right. So there are countless examples like this.
But now when it comes to business, for whatever reason, people just lose all common sense and they start asking random people. So you're going to ask your Uncle Bob right. The dude is broke. He never had any success with money or trading anything in his life. But you're going to ask Bob. Oh Bob what do you think about online businesses? Bob replies, “It's not possible it's a scam!” and blah blah blah. Of course he's going to say that. He's never tried. Right. He's never tried it!!
He's never even thought about it. This is something you'll face. A lot of people will tell you will it doesn't work and I'm like what? How much experience do you have in the field? Have you actually started the business. What have you tried that didn't work? And do you know why didn't work? No. People just tell you it doesn't work because they heard from someone who heard it from someone who saw it there once that it doesn't work.
And if you keep asking these people even though you have the brilliant idea and you're highly motivated. You will ask people who are going to kill your dreams, because you’re asking the wrong people.
But it is possible and it can work! So please ask the right people because the again, you know yesterday I told you about that Wayne Gretzky and his quote that he missed every single shot he didn't take. If you ask the wrong person, you're never going to take that shot. It's never going to get in. All right.
And I mean no disrespect to the people who are going to come and give you their advice because you know you have to understand where you're coming from like sometimes these people are actually trying to deal. They think it's for your own good. It comes from good place right.
But if you dig deeper maybe it's because they never did it and they don't want you to do it or whatever. But I mean a lot of times people are trying to spare you from disappointment and stuff like this. But still even if they have the best intentions on the planet, you can tell them “well thank you for your opinion”.

So this is what I am talking about today. The people you're going to ask advice from. The people in the know, with experience in this field, will be able to help and advise you, give you places to research stuff and then you have someone kill your ambition and project while it’s still inside its egg!
