I'm going to talk to you about two people that I had the pleasure to work with, especially one that I just worked with just today. And I wanted to tell you about that experience, because there are a few things that you can learn from that and try to replicate.

OK, so the first person I want to talk to you about is someone on Fiverr. I needed something written in Romanian. So I started looking and I actually found three people who could write stuff that I wanted to write, the certain number of words and stuff.

So I mean, there were more than three, but I picked three and I said, now let me test it out and then we'll see how that goes. So out of these three, here's what happened. So the first guy answered immediately saying, yep, I'm on it. And I was like, yes, that's professionalism at its best.

Then the other two were kind of late. So they were supposed to deliver and they told me, oh, man, I have problems and sorry I was late, I'm going to start and everything. So I was like, fine, no problem, it was just like 15 bucks or something for the article. And it wasn't like urgent, like life threatening, like I needed it now. So I said, yeah, I understand.

OK, so, you know, long story short, what happened was that so the first guy went there straight away saying, yeah, I'm on it, then that's just the only thing I got from that dude because I chased the guy three million times. He never answered. He never did anything.

OK, now the second person, you know, sent back some work after millions of excuses of, oh, I'm not ready, I'm not ready, blah, blah, and send some work that I mean, honestly, it really wasn't good. It really wasn't good.

The instructions that I gave were not necessarily very explicit, so basically I asked the person to write a review for a product, review this product, but I failed to specify that. At the end of the day, the people want to buy from that advertiser and not like, oh, shit, don't buy their own stuff. Which is basically what happens if you read that article.

It was like, dude, why would anybody buy there? OK, so obviously that wasn't the best for what I wanted to do.

And that third person sent back something that was impeccable. So again, my Romanian is not the best. So my girlfriend's Romanian. And gee, we've been together for a long time now and I still don't speak any Romanian. But anyway, she read it, she said, dude, it's awesome.

And so now she's my go to person if I need something in Romanian. So basically, I went back to the same person and said, look, your work was so great. I need four more articles. I want you to take care of them.

Yesterday she sent back the work and apparently it was splendid. Again, because my Romanian is not what it used to be. I wasn't the judge of it, but it is really, really good. And so I left a really good tip because she did some amazing work. Apparently, she did a lot of research and everything.

And these are the kind of people that you want you want to find people who are like this can deliver some great work, very professional and stuff. When you find them, make sure to keep these people and save them.

So being good like this and professional, it will bring you referrals. If someone asks me, well, do you know someone who can write something in Romanian? I will send them to no problem. And that's what I was saying to a buddy of mine.

And I know someone who's is incredibly good at what he does and I just refer them. I know someone who's very good. You have this need. And I mean this guy, I trust him with everything. And now I will refer him because he's that good.

So if you understand this principle, the acquisition and prospecting of clients takes a lot of time, it takes a lot of money. And if you are that good that people just send you clients without you having to go through hell to get them I mean, these are the best type of clients because you already come in vouched by someone who says, look, this guy is the real deal.

So that was the first person I wanted to talk to you about. And there is one other guy. So there is a website in France called 5euros.com. So it's like Fiverr in the beginning, because, you know, that Fiverr, it used to be five dollars, but now people just charge crazy money for stuff.

I was looking for someone to do a job with an excel formula. I just wanted to find someone who can write that formula. And to be honest, looking at the formula, I'm like, dude, I don't think that I would have picked up that formula in a million years. So it was good that actually I got someone to do it.

So just today, this guy answered. He asked me a bunch of questions. You say, can you give me the link of the files? I can see what I can do. And he started working on it. So basically the only thing I need is for him to go in the cell and just put the formula.

But the guy did this even before I paid anything. He said, give me the link, I'm going to work that out and stuff. So he did it and he said, look, it's done. Check and tell me how that looks. And I have the formula now. What do I need to pay the guy for? I do have the formula.

So this guy trusted me enough to go and do the work knowing that, you know, from there I could have said and I don't like it and then just kept the money.

Well, you know me by now I'm not like this. And I said, look, you know what? I think the guy said it’s going to be ten bucks, you know? And I said, no, look, you know what? Thank you very much for trusting me because you've done the work. I still hadn't paid. So the whole risk was on you. You could have done that for nothing, you know, and then I just vanish into thin air.

So I left a good tip. I said, look, you know what? I'm very happy about what you did and that you trusted me. And now I'm going to save this guy because any time I need something done on Excel, I am going to go to this guy. And I'm going to make sure to reward him.

These people are precious. They are rare and they're precious. So if you find one, make sure to keep them happy, make sure to reward them.
