One button in. A useful guide out.

The machine takes a topic I know well and turns it into a clean, helpful PDF with my link inside. I drop it where business owners already read, and it quietly brings them back to me. Here is who it’s for, what goes wrong without it, how it works, and what you get back.

01

Who auto-create value-packed lead pdfs is for

Anyone who knows something worth teaching and wants leads without ads. Coaches, consultants, course creators, solopreneurs. If you have expertise but no easy way to put it in front of buyers, this is for you.

02

What goes wrong without auto-create value-packed lead pdfs

Most experts stay invisible because making a polished guide takes an afternoon. So they never make one. The knowledge sits in your head while strangers pay for ads to reach the same people you could reach for free.

03

How the auto-create value-packed lead pdfs automation works

One button writes the guide, lays it out as a clean PDF, and drops your link inside. You upload it to the platforms where business owners go to read white papers and guides.

04

What auto-create value-packed lead pdfs gives back each month

Warm inbound leads, for free. Anyone who downloads the guide has already seen your expertise. They arrive far warmer than a cold click, and you paid nothing for them.

The problem auto-create value-packed lead pdfs solves

For a long time I knew that giving away a good guide was the best way to find new clients. People who read your work and find it useful trust you before they ever speak to you. The problem was never the idea. It was the work.

Making one decent PDF used to eat a whole afternoon. I would write it, then fight with the formatting, then build the little graphics, then send it to someone to check the spelling and the layout. By the time it looked professional, I had spent hours and a bit of money on something I gave away for free.

So I made it rarely. A guide here, a guide there, whenever I could find the time, which was almost never. The thing I knew worked best was the thing I did least, simply because it was a chore.

Then I built a small machine to do the boring parts. Now I press one button and out comes a useful, well-structured PDF on one of the fields I know well. The writing, the layout, and the graphics arrive together, in minutes. I read it once, make sure it sounds like me, and it’s ready.

That changed everything. I drop each guide on the platforms where entrepreneurs go to download white papers and presentations. My name goes in front of people who already wanted help with that exact topic, and the link inside the file sends them to me. They arrive having already read my work, which makes them the warmest leads I get.

Proof point: I’ve documented my real income on YouTube for years, in 28 Income Streams Revealed and how one social post earned over 3k. Free guides that travel quietly are a big part of how that works.

Three moves that turn what you know into warm leads

What makes this work isn’t the tool. It’s a simple way of thinking about your own expertise. Three moves, made in order. Skip any one and you’re back to knowledge that sits in your head and helps no one.

1

Package your expertise

The first move is to take one thing you genuinely know well and turn it into a useful, well-structured guide. Not a brochure, a real guide that solves a real problem. The button writes it, lays it out cleanly, and adds the graphics, so the part that used to take an afternoon now takes minutes. The quality has to be high, because the guide is your audition.

2

Drop it where buyers already look

The second move is to put the guide where business owners already go to download white papers, presentations, and guides. You are not building an audience from scratch. You are placing your work in front of people who came looking for exactly this, on platforms that already have the traffic. One guide can sit on several of them at once and keep working for months.

3

Let the link bring them to you

The third move is the quiet one. Every guide carries a link back to you. Someone reads it, finds it genuinely useful, and follows the link to see who wrote it. Now they’re on your site, already warmed up, already impressed. You spent nothing on ads. The guide did the selling, and it keeps doing it every time someone new downloads the file.

Move one makes something worth reading. Move two puts it in front of the right people. Move three turns those readers into warm leads who come to you. Together they build your name and bring inbound interest, while you sleep.

The old way

  • Hours of writing and formatting per guide
  • Money spent on a proofreader and graphics
  • So much effort you rarely made one
  • Cold ads to reach the same people
  • Your best expertise stayed in your head

The magnet document

  • One button, a finished guide in minutes
  • Writing, layout, and graphics in one pass
  • Easy enough to publish often
  • Free, warm leads instead of cold clicks
  • Your knowledge working for you everywhere

How I turn a topic into a finished guide

The whole thing starts with picking one topic you know well and letting the machine write the first full draft. Not a thin outline, a real, useful guide. Here’s the prompt I use to plan and write it.

Write the value-packed guide

I want to create a genuinely useful, downloadable PDF guide for
[describe your audience, for example small business owners] on the
topic of [the thing you know well].
Write it so a busy reader actually finishes it and feels they got value:
1. A short title and a one-line promise of what they'll be able to do
   after reading.
2. Five to seven clear sections, each with a plain-English heading and
a few actionable paragraphs. No fluff, no filler.
3. One simple checklist or step-by-step they can follow today.
4. A short closing that invites them to learn more from me, with a
   placeholder line: [my link here].
Keep the tone helpful and human, like an expert explaining it to a
friend. Output the full guide, set up to lay out as a PDF.

The first draft comes out close to finished. You read it once to make sure it sounds like you, fix a line or two, and the hardest part of the whole job is already done.

How I make it look professional in one pass

A guide that reads well but looks rough won’t get downloaded twice. This is the part that used to cost me an afternoon and a proofreader. Here’s the prompt I use to turn the draft into a clean, branded PDF layout.

Lay it out as a clean PDF

Take the guide below and turn it into a clean, professional PDF layout
that a non-designer could be proud of.
- A simple cover page with the title, the promise, and my name.
- Clear section headings and comfortable spacing so it's easy to read.
- One small, tasteful graphic idea per section (a checklist box, a
simple diagram, a pull-quote) described so I can drop it in.
- A short footer on each page with my link: [my link here].
- A final page that thanks the reader and points them to me.
Keep it minimal and modern, no clutter. Output the layout as a
section-by-section plan I can follow to build the file.
[paste your guide here]

Now the part I used to outsource happens in the same sitting. Start with one clean layout you like, save it as your template, and every future guide drops into it in minutes.

The quiet math of a guide that keeps working

I want to keep this modest, because the point isn’t a big number. It’s a small one that compounds while you do nothing.

Say one guide brings me 3 warm leads a month. Not a flood, just three people who read it, found it useful, and followed the link. That’s a handful, and it costs me nothing in ads.

No ad spend, one finished guide
Warm leads per guide: about 3 a month
Time to make the next one: minutes, not an afternoon
And every guide keeps working long after you upload it

Here’s where it compounds. Three leads a month from one guide is about 36 a year. Now publish one new guide a month, because the button makes that easy. By the end of the year you have a dozen guides all sitting out there working at once, and the warm leads stack up month after month into the hundreds a year, still with no ad spend. I’ve documented my actual numbers on YouTube, in A Day In My Life, so the small figures here read as real, not hype.

The best part is that a guide doesn’t expire. The one I uploaded a year ago is still bringing people in today. That’s the difference between paying for a click that vanishes and placing a guide that keeps earning.

I wrote more about building little lead machines like this in my Substack, including how I keep a whole library of them running with a few hours a month.

How I choose where to drop each guide

A great guide in the wrong place reaches no one. The third pillar lives or dies on placement. Here’s the prompt I use to find the right homes for each new guide.

Find where your buyers already read

I've made a free PDF guide on [topic] for [my audience, for example
ecommerce founders]. I want to place it where these people already go
to download guides, white papers, and presentations.
Help me with:
- A list of the platforms and communities where this exact audience
goes to find and download business guides.
- For each one, a one-line note on what kind of guide does well there
and how people usually discover it.
- The single best place to start with this particular guide, and why.
Keep it practical. I want places I can upload to this week, not a
year-long strategy. Output as a short ranked list.

Start with the one or two places where your buyers clearly already gather. One guide can live on several platforms at once, so each one you make multiplies the number of doors people can find you through.

How I know which guides are working

Once a few guides are out there, you want to know which ones pull. The last prompt sets up a simple scoreboard so you can make more of what works and quietly retire what doesn’t.

The simple guide scoreboard

Help me design a dead-simple scoreboard for my library of free PDF
guides, so I can see which ones actually bring me leads.
For each guide I want to see, at a glance:
- How many people downloaded it
- How many clicked the link back to me
- Which platform sent the most readers
- Which topic turned the most readers into real conversations
No fancy charts. Just one screen that tells me which guide and which
topic to make more of next.
Output the short list of numbers to track, then two paragraphs on how
to read them and what to do first.

With this in place you stop guessing. You can see which topic and which platform bring the warmest leads, then point the button at more of that and let the library grow.

How to build auto-create value-packed lead pdfs, step by step

1

Pick a topic you know well

First, choose one thing you genuinely understand and that your buyers struggle with. The whole system rests on this. A guide on a topic you know well will be useful, and useful is what gets downloaded and shared. One topic in, one button to press.

2

Let it write the full guide

Pillar 1 becomes real here. The button writes the whole guide, not an outline: a title, clear sections, a step-by-step, and a closing that points to you. What used to take an afternoon of writing arrives in one pass. You read it once and make it sound like you.

4

Drop your link inside the file

This is the move that turns a guide into a lead machine. Every page carries a link back to you, and the closing page invites the reader to come learn more. The guide can travel anywhere now, and wherever it lands, it points home.

What a year of guides looks like

I want to show you why the small numbers matter. This is not a hockey-stick chart. It’s the quiet, steady climb of warm leads as one guide becomes a library, with no ad spend behind any of it.

Month 1: one guide live, a few warm leads trickle in. By month 3 there are three guides out there working at once. By month 6 the library and the leads have both grown, because each guide keeps pulling long after you upload it. The line goes up because you add, not because you push.

Warm leads per month

Six months in, the guides were bringing in close to 30 warm leads a month, and not one of them came from an ad. The climb is gentle because it compounds: every new guide adds to the ones already working. Build cost so far: a few minutes per guide, and the time to upload it.

What other students built with auto-create value-packed lead pdfs

I teach the simple skills behind machines like this in Automations Made Easy. Students who built their own version sent back what changed in their first couple of months.

“I used to make one guide a year because it was such a slog. Now I publish one a month. My inbound leads went from almost none to a steady trickle I can count on.”

Priya N. · Marketing consultant

“The layout step is what sold me. My guides finally look professional, and I stopped paying a freelancer to format them. The whole thing takes me twenty minutes.”

Daniel K. · Course creator

“Dropping the same guide on three different platforms tripled the downloads. People I’d never have reached found me through a file I made in one sitting.”

Renata M. · Solopreneur

“Best part is they arrive warm. By the time someone clicks the link in my guide, they already trust me. The sales conversations are easier than any ad ever gave me.”

Felix B. · Business coach

What’s inside Automations Made Easy

AME isn’t a library of pre-built guides. Every business teaches something different. What’s reusable across all of them is the underlying mechanics: how to package what you know into something worth reading, how to make it look professional without a designer, how to place it where buyers gather, and how to wire a link that brings them back.

The program walks you through six modules: The Right Tools (the cost-effective, no-code stack I actually use), Task Selection Mastery (which automations are worth building first), Design Secrets (mapping an automation before you build it), Zero to Hero (complete beginner to confident automator), Real-World Application (we build a full automation together, end to end), and Monetization Mastery (turn the skill into a side-business).

It also includes done-for-you templates you import in two clicks, over-the-shoulder training videos, and the same playbook 1,000+ students have used to save two hours a day. No coding required. If you can copy and paste, you can build this.

Create a value-packed PDF automatically: common questions

Pulled from what readers and Automations Made Easy students ask most.

What does this automation actually do?

With one button it builds a useful, well-structured PDF on a topic I know well. The PDF teaches something real and carries a link back to me. I upload it to the places where business owners go to read guides and white papers, and the people who download it become warm inbound leads.

Why a PDF and not just a blog post or a video?

Business owners and solopreneurs actively search for guides, presentations, and white papers they can download and keep. A PDF lives on those platforms, gets shared, and travels far past my own audience. It puts my name in front of people who already wanted help with this exact topic.

Are these leads really free?

Yes, in the sense that I pay nothing for ads. The only cost is the few minutes it takes to press the button and upload the file. The leads come from people who chose to download and read my guide, so they arrive warmer than any cold traffic or paid click.

How long does it take compared to doing it by hand?

Before, I spent hours writing, formatting, building graphics, then paying someone to proofread it. Now the structure, the writing, and the layout come out in one pass, so a finished guide takes minutes instead of an afternoon. I just review it and upload.

Do I need to code to build something like this?

No. It is a few no-code steps joined together: a prompt that writes the guide, a step that lays it out as a clean PDF, and your link dropped inside. If you can copy and paste, you can build it. That is exactly what Automations Made Easy teaches.

Two ways from here
