I find what already went viral,
then rebuild it as mine.

A bot hunts content by hard rules, more than 500,000 views, thousands of comments, then captures the winners and the patterns behind them. I stop guessing and start modelling what already works. Here is exactly how it runs.

Stop guessing. Model what already won.

Most content advice is someone’s opinion. This machine deals in evidence: it only looks at posts that already proved themselves, then hands you the pattern. Here is who it’s for, what goes wrong without it, how it works, and what you get back.

01

Who the social media spying tool is for

Anyone making content who is tired of guessing. Creators, marketers, agencies, founders. If you’ve ever posted something you were sure would land and heard crickets, this removes the guesswork.

02

What goes wrong without the social media spying tool

You create from a hunch, post it, and hope. Most of it underperforms, and you can never tell whether it was the idea, the hook, the length, or the timing.

03

How the social media spying tool automation works

You set hard criteria. The bot searches a keyword, keeps only posts that beat your thresholds, downloads them, saves a clean copy, and stores the patterns behind them: hook, length, caption, hashtags, music.

04

What the social media spying tool gives back each month

A private library of proven winners and the recipe behind each one. You rebuild the idea in your own voice and post with confidence, because you already know the shape works.

The problem the social media spying tool solves

For years I made content the way almost everyone does. I’d get an idea, convince myself it was good, spend hours producing it, and post it. Some of it worked. Most of it didn’t. And the worst part was never knowing why.

Meanwhile, the answers were sitting in plain sight. In every niche there are videos that already went viral. The hooks that stop the scroll, the lengths that hold attention, the captions and hashtags and sounds that travel. The evidence of what works is public. I just had no system to collect it.

So I built one. I give the bot a set of hard rules. Find content around a keyword that has more than a certain number of views, comments, or likes. For example, every video about the keto diet on a platform with more than 500,000 views and 2,000 comments.

The bot types the keyword, looks at the results, measures each one against my criteria, and throws away everything that doesn’t clear the bar. What’s left is a shortlist of proven outliers. It downloads each one, saves a clean copy, and files it in a library my reposting network can draw from.

Then it goes deeper. It listens to each video, works out what it’s about and what makes it special, and stores the pattern: the length, the hook, the caption shape, the hashtags, the music. Now I have both the winning videos and the recipe behind them. I stopped guessing what to make. I started rebuilding what had already won.

Proof point: I walk through the intelligence side of my content stack, finding outliers and turning them into templates, in my Growth Hacking playlist on YouTube.

The Outlier Engine

Three decisions that turn public proof into your content

The skill isn’t finding viral videos. Anyone can scroll. The skill is filtering hard, capturing the right data, and rebuilding instead of copying. Three decisions, in order. Skip one and you’re just hoarding other people’s clips.

1

Hunt by hard criteria, not vibes

The first decision is to define what a winner is before you look. A keyword, plus a floor: more than this many views, this many comments, this many likes. The bot then measures every result against that floor and discards the rest. No personal taste, no recency bias, no “this feels good.” Only content that already proved itself with real numbers gets through. That single rule is what separates intelligence from doomscrolling.

2

Capture the asset and the data

The second decision is to grab two things from every winner, not one. The asset: the video itself, downloaded and saved clean, ready for your reference library. And the data: how long it runs, the hook it opens with, the shape of its caption, the hashtags, the music. The asset is useful. The data is gold. It’s the difference between owning a winning lottery ticket and owning the formula for picking numbers.

3

Reverse-engineer, then rebuild

The third decision is to make it yours. You don’t repost a clone. You take the pattern, the proven hook, the right length, the caption shape, and rebuild the idea in your own voice for your own audience. The bot can even generate a fresh version, a new audio file and from it a new video, so you publish your take on a proven idea. Same winning shape, your face on it. That’s replication, not theft.

Creating on a hunch

  • Ideas chosen by gut feeling
  • Hours spent on posts that may flop
  • No idea why something worked or didn’t
  • Reinventing the wheel every single time
  • Viral hits feel like luck

The Outlier Engine

  • Only proven winners pass the filter
  • A library of what already works in your niche
  • The exact pattern behind each hit, captured
  • Rebuild from a template, not from zero
  • Viral shape becomes repeatable, not random

How I define a winner

The whole system lives or dies on the criteria. Set the bar too low and you drown in mediocre clips. Set it right and only real outliers survive. Here’s the prompt I use to define the criteria for any niche.

Define your viral criteria

I want to find only the genuinely viral content in my niche, not average posts.
My niche is [NICHE] and my main platform is [PLATFORM].
Help me set hard criteria:
1. The 5 to 10 keywords or topics I should search.
2. Realistic minimum thresholds that signal a true outlier on this platform
(views, comments, likes), not just an above-average post.
3. One extra signal that separates a lucky hit from a repeatable winner
(for example, the account's follower count relative to the views).
Explain each threshold in one line so I understand why it's the right floor.
Output as a simple criteria table I can hand to my bot.

The follower-to-views ratio is the quiet one that matters most. A million views from a creator with ten million followers is normal. A million views from someone with ten thousand is an outlier worth studying. Set the floor once, and the bot enforces it on every search forever.

How I turn a winner into a template

A downloaded video is a souvenir. A pattern is a tool. This is the prompt that pulls the repeatable recipe out of a video that already won.

Reverse-engineer a viral video

Here is a transcript or description of a video that already went viral in my
niche: [PASTE].
Break down exactly why it worked, as a reusable template:
1. The hook: what happens in the first 3 seconds and why it stops the scroll.
2. The structure: how the video is paced from start to finish.
3. The ideal length and where the key moment lands.
4. The caption shape and the kind of hashtags used.
5. The one emotional trigger doing most of the work.
Then give me a blank version of this template I can pour a new idea into,
so I can rebuild the same shape with my own topic.
Output: the breakdown, then the blank template.

Once you have ten of these templates, you stop creating from a blank page. You pick a proven shape, drop your idea into it, and you already know the structure carries. The bot builds this library for you automatically, one winner at a time.

Why I never post a guess again

The filter is brutal, and that’s the whole point. Out of a thousand videos the bot scans for a keyword, only a tiny handful clear the bar. Those are the only ones I study.

~1,000 videos scanned per keyword
Only the ones above the threshold survive
Each survivor stored with 5 captured patterns (hook, length, caption, hashtags, music)
Result: I build from proof, not from hope

That changes the whole game. I’m no longer betting hours on an idea I merely like. I’m rebuilding shapes that already earned hundreds of thousands of views in my exact niche. Some of my rebuilds still underperform. But the floor is far higher, and the wins are no longer luck. Intelligence beats inspiration, every time you can get it.

And it compounds quietly. Each search adds a few proven winners to your library. Around 8 a week is about 400 a year, close to 2,000 over five years: a private map of exactly what travels in your niche that no competitor is building. I’ve shown the systems behind this on YouTube, in my Growth Hacking series and A Day In My Life.

I wrote more about building content from evidence instead of guesswork in my Substack, including how this engine feeds my reposting network.

How I store the patterns

Decision two from the playbook. The data is only useful if it’s organised so you can see the pattern across many winners, not just one. Here’s the prompt I use to design that library.

Design your pattern library

Help me design a simple library to store what I learn from viral videos in
my niche, so I can spot patterns across many of them.
For each winning video I want one row capturing:
- The topic and the numbers it hit (views, comments, likes)
- The hook (first 3 seconds), in one line
- The length and the caption shape
- The hashtags and the music or sound used
- One note on why I think it worked
Then tell me which 3 columns to sort and compare by first, so that after
20 entries I can clearly see what the winners in my niche have in common.
Output the column list, then how to read it once it fills up.

After twenty or thirty entries the patterns jump out at you. A certain hook style, a tight length band, a recurring sound. That shared DNA is your unfair edge: you’re not guessing what your niche rewards, you can see it in the data.

How to build the social media spying tool, step by step

1

Set the hard criteria

You start by telling the bot what a winner is: a keyword, and a floor for views, comments, or likes. This is the one decision that makes everything downstream trustworthy. Set it once and the bot enforces it on every search.

keyword keto diet views> 500k comments> 2k
A keyword plus a floor. Winners only.
2

The bot scans the keyword

The bot types your keyword into the platform, looks at the results, and reads the numbers on each one. No scrolling from you. It works through the results methodically, the way a researcher would, but in a fraction of the time.

keto diet
It searches and reads every result for you.
3

Filter down to proven winners

Every result is measured against your criteria. Anything below the bar is thrown out. What survives is a clean shortlist of genuine outliers, content that already proved it can travel in your niche.

1,000 scanned 20 winners the rest rejected
Most get rejected. Only outliers pass.
4

Download and save a clean copy

For each winner, the bot downloads the video, saves a clean copy, and files it in a library your reposting network can draw from later. You now own a growing vault of content that already works.

original library
Clean assets, saved to your library.
5

Capture the patterns behind it

The bot listens to each video and stores the recipe: the hook, the length, the caption shape, the hashtags, the music. This is the intelligence layer. Across many winners, the shared pattern of what your niche rewards becomes obvious.

hook: 0-3s length: 22s caption shape music + hashtags
The recipe behind every winner, captured.
6

Rebuild it as yours, and repost

Now you replicate, not copy. Using the captured pattern, the bot can generate a fresh audio and a new video so you publish your own take on a proven idea. Your voice, the winning shape, sent out through your network.

Why this became my unfair edge

Most creators compete on inspiration and hope theirs is better. This lets you compete on information. While someone else bets hours on a hunch, you already hold the proven hooks, the right lengths, and the patterns your niche rewards, pulled straight from content that won. You’re not more creative. You’re better informed.

And it keeps paying. Every search adds new winners and new patterns to your library. The longer it runs, the sharper your sense of what travels becomes, until picking a shape that works feels less like art and more like reading a map. You built the engine once, and it keeps handing you proven ideas.

“I stopped guessing. I now open my library, pick a proven hook, and rebuild it for my audience. My hit rate went from random to reliable.”

Priya N. · Creator

“The criteria filter is everything. Before, I’d save ‘inspiration’ that was really just stuff I liked. Now only genuine outliers make it into my swipe file.”

Lucas M. · Marketer

“Seeing the patterns side by side changed how I write hooks. There was a clear shape my niche rewards that I’d never noticed until the data was in one place.”

Amara O. · Coach

“It feels like having a research team. The bot does the scanning and the analysis overnight, and I wake up to a shortlist of what’s worth modelling.”

What’s inside Automations Made Easy

AME isn’t a library of pre-built bots. Every business is different. What’s reusable is the underlying mechanics: how to search and filter at scale, how to capture both an asset and its data, how to turn a winner into a reusable template, and how to chain tools so the whole thing runs itself.

The program walks you through six modules: The Right Tools (the cost-effective, no-code stack I actually use), Task Selection Mastery (which automations are worth building first), Design Secrets (mapping an automation before you build it), Zero to Hero (complete beginner to confident automator), Real-World Application (we build a full automation together, end to end), and Monetization Mastery (turn the skill into a side-business).

It also includes done-for-you templates you import in two clicks, over-the-shoulder training videos, and the same playbook 1,000+ students have used to save two hours a day. No coding required. If you can copy and paste, you can build this.

Social media spying tool: common questions

Pulled from what readers and Automations Made Easy students ask most.

What is a social media spying tool?

It is an automation that searches a platform for content around a keyword, keeps only the posts that beat hard thresholds you set (like more than 500,000 views and 2,000 comments), then captures those proven winners and the patterns behind them so you can study and replicate what already works.

How does the bot decide what counts as a winner?

You set the criteria up front: a keyword plus minimum views, comments, or likes. The bot scans the results, measures each one against your thresholds, and throws away everything that doesn’t clear the bar. Only proven outliers make it through.

What does it capture from each winning video?

Two things. The asset itself, downloaded and saved clean for your reference library, and the data behind it: how long it is, the hook it opens with, the shape of its caption, the hashtags, and the music. That data is what lets you see the pattern of what works.

Isn’t this just copying other people’s content?

The point isn’t to copy. It is intelligence: you study what already worked, extract the repeatable pattern, and rebuild it in your own voice for your own audience. The bot can even generate a fresh version, a new audio and a new video, so you publish your take on a proven idea, not a clone.

Do I need to code to build this?

No. It is built by connecting a few no-code tools so they search, filter, download, and analyze for you. That is exactly the kind of system Automations Made Easy teaches you to assemble, step by step.
