Get the avalanche →Today I wanted to talk to you about something. I can actually solve your problem. Right. So if you don't like your job and stuff, there are things you can do. So I told you that you have different profiles of people, right? You have creators and you have performers. Right. So people have a natural tendency towards creating stuff.
You know, they can create something out of thin air. Turning nothing into something. Right. And then you have people who are very good at taking something that already exists and making it better. Right. So these are the performers. And very often you think that, oh, man, I can't create anything. Well, it's just because maybe naturally you're a performer more than a creator.
And that's one of the discussions that I had with a friend of mine. And what actually happens very often where people are like, oh, man, you create stuff, it's wonderful. I'll never be able to do that. I don't know how you do it. I don't have it in me to create stuff.
And so maybe this is something you've been telling yourself, like, man, I can't create anything. I'm not good at this. I don't have it in me. I'm not skilled enough to create anything and stuff like that. But here's the thing. You are wrong, my friend. You are wrong.
100's Of Money Making Ideas You Didn't Even Know You Had.
That's good news, right? Even if you you've told yourself that man, you know what? I can't create anything. You have everything and I mean everything. You need to create something. Okay. There is one thing you need.
You don't need to be a genius. You don't need an IQ of like seven hundred. You donโt need a lot of money. You don't need all that stuff. Right. What you need is something you already have and you have plenty of them. You have problems. I repeat, you have problems.
That's the only thing you need if you want to create a product. You just need problems. But here's the thing. The minute you have problems, then you have an opportunity for a solution. Okay. That's pretty much what you need to create a product.
So basically what you need to do is look at the problems you have. And you know, those problems are driving you insane. You like dude. How could I solve this problem? Okay. And then you try to come up with an easy way so it doesn't have to be a complicated way. Right.
You come up with an easy way, a workaround or something to fix it. Even the workaround is better than the current problem. Right. For a lot of people, you might assume that managing just to work around it, nobody will like it. Dude, it will save lives.
So yeah, that's all you need. You have this problem. You figure out how to fix it and that's it. You have a product. You just came up with something. OK, so again, it doesn't have to be rocket science. You donโt have to be Einstein. You just need problems. And most of us have more problems than we wish for.
Key Insight: There are two types of entrepreneurial minds: creators who build something from nothing, and performers who take something existing and make it better. Both paths lead to profitable businesses. The key is knowing which type you are and leaning into that strength.
Key Insight: If you think you cannot create anything, you are wrong. Every problem you have solved for yourself, every workaround you have built, and every shortcut you have discovered is a potential product or service that others will pay for.
So you create something that works for you. You know, to make job faster. And then afterwards, you say. Well, either way, it's helping me. It's making my job faster and easier and stuff and replicable. Why don't I productize this? And a lot of the products that you see on the market today follow this exact blueprint. It wasn't designed in the beginning to be a product. It's not in a lot of cases, it's not.
Someone woke up one day and said, oh, you know what? We're going to create this product and we're going to sell it to millions of people and stuff. No. Very often it's someone who said, do I have this problem? I need to fix it. They fixed it for them. They used it for a while. And then afterwards they were like, well, you know what? Let's make it a product.
And that's how these products can come to be. Right. So don't feel intimidated by what I'm saying right now. I'm saying that all of you have the potential to create any product.

What is the difference between a creator and a performer in business?
A creator builds something entirely new from scratch. A performer takes something that already exists and makes it significantly better. Both are equally valuable paths to building a profitable business. Most people are stronger in one category than the other.
