So, guys, I hope you had a good day today. My day was pretty awesome, but I realized something. It's going to be the subject of today's podcast. I realized that I was tired. Jesus Christ. Yeah. I don't know. I've been working late and waking up quite early, to be honest, because I'm working on this new project that I told you about, just to be able to launch it.
It's a big project. So it was a lot of recording, a lot of putting stuff together in the manner that actually makes sense for someone just starting. And, you know, it doesn't sound that much, but trust me, if you had to create a course on something, it takes quite a while. So I've been working on it for the last maybe two weeks, something like that. And today I just realized that I was really, really tired.
So basically the project is finished and now all these things you have to do like the traffic and stuff like that and all the small little details that go along with it, I can take care of that tomorrow, but it will wait until tomorrow.
It's essential to learn how to rest. You need to be able to rest and understand that some things can wait until tomorrow. Rest and recharge the batteries.
If you're going full steam and stuff like that. Yeah, it can help if you're working on a project and you want things to move forward. Yes. It can help. But also you need to find a good balance. Right. And be able to take some time off and basically recharge the batteries. So that's what I what I'm planning on doing by going to bed at ten thirty. I'm telling you it's early for me.

But it's really, really crucial, I think that when you are well rested and you have a fresh mind and stuff, you can come up with a lot of super good ideas. Whereas if you're in the heat of the moment and you're super tired and stuff, even though you spend two hours working on something, it might be that if you're fresh, you would have taken half an hour to do the same thing. OK.
The aim here is not to get overworked. You have to remember that in the grand scheme of things.
Well anyway, yeah, that's pretty much it for today. Guys, I am going to upload this and then I am going to bed, but make sure that you take the time to rest and recharge the batteries. It's good practice. If you're in a phase like me where you're working on something and you're working to get it done and you're working around the clock for maybe a week or two or something, try to get some rest. It really, really helps.
I think that tomorrow morning I'll be a lot fresher, I guess, and I'll be able to get a lot of things done and maybe wake up a little bit earlier than I have been lately. I mean, I wake up quite early, but then afterwards, by the time I get out of bed, it's, you know, a few hours later. Well anyway, I'm still on track to go to bed, so my deadline is in thirteen minutes. So I will stop this, upload it and then I am off to bed my friends. So I'll see you tomorrow.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is rest important for entrepreneurs?
When you are well rested and have a fresh mind, you come up with better ideas and work faster. Two hours of tired work can equal thirty minutes of focused effort when you are refreshed. Rest is not laziness. It is a productivity strategy.
How do you know when to stop working and recharge?
Pay attention to your body. If you have been pushing hard for one or two weeks straight and start feeling drained, that is your signal. Finish the critical task, then set a hard bedtime. The remaining details can wait until tomorrow when you are sharp again.
Can you be productive and still take breaks?
Absolutely. Productivity is not about working around the clock. It is about finding the right balance between intense work sprints and recovery. The goal is sustainable output, not burnout. Recharging your batteries is what keeps you moving forward long term.
