But if you never use it, then it just remains in your head. Knowledge that you'd never actually have working for you. Right. So me what I decided was like, you know what? When I was in the plane, I wrote down some stuff that I need to get done. And that's it. I'm doing it.
So I've recorded 10 videos already for my staff to be able to perform these actions for me afterwards. So basically as usual, I will design the concept and the whole strategy and then I'll record some videos for my team and I tell them what to do so that they can take care of that on a daily basis. But just like this, you know, take advantage of moments like this.
You know before, I couldn't find the time to do this. So when you're in in a plane, plus there was no movies and nothing. But even if there were movies, I'm not going to watch a movie. I'm going to watch either a documentary or if I have something that I've scheduled, I've already put something on my computer that I can watch.

And then once I'm done, I can action it. So make the most of the time you have, you know, when you're idle. So me like right now, I mean, I'm really, really happy with what I've been able to do here in just a few hours and actually took me a bit like 1 and a half hour maybe. So I'm just going to upload all these videos and give them to my team.
The point is whatever you're learning, use it straight away, and donโt wait. Play it straight away. The knowledge is everywhere, right? You can learn stuff. You can spend days and nights on the Internet learning stuff. Every day, every day, every day for days. There is no shortage of theory of knowledge.
That's not the problem. But don't spend your time just gathering it, right. Apply it straight away. So you make progress, you know, even if it's just a small step, right? So even that small progress you made it's better than what you had before.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can I find extra hours in my day to get more done?
Look at your idle time, such as commutes, flights, or waiting rooms, and turn those moments into productive sessions. Even 30 minutes of focused work during downtime adds up to hundreds of extra hours over a year compared to people who waste that time on entertainment.
Why is applying knowledge immediately so important?
Information without action is just trivia. When you apply what you learn right away, you convert theory into real results and build momentum. Waiting to act usually means you forget the details or lose the motivation entirely.
How do I delegate tasks effectively so I can focus on strategy?
Record short instructional videos or write clear step-by-step guides for your team. Design the concept and strategy yourself, then hand off the repeatable execution to others. This frees your time for high-value thinking while the daily work still gets done.
What is the biggest time-wasting habit that holds entrepreneurs back?
Endlessly consuming content without taking action. Many people spend weeks learning and planning but never execute. The most productive entrepreneurs learn just enough to take the next step, act on it immediately, then learn the next thing.
