Today we are going to talk about the perfect time to start or launch that business or to try something new. When do you know that it's time to get it started? Answers inside.
So we already discussed the strategy to get stuff done. All right. And if you remember what I said, this is the hardest thing in anything you want to do is to actually start. All right. And once you've started, then you're going to keep going and eventually you're going to finish it. So this is established already.

Join for $9 →One of the questions that I have from a lot of people is when do you start? ย Because right now we've explored how you start. And, you know, in life, in business, in pretty much everything here is how things work. It's just a sequence.
I take example from other people who are my mentors in these particular fields. So that answer didn't come from me. It came from me paying attention to what other people were doing and then just trying to apply it to myself, even though it's not natural for me.

ToggleThe Perfect Time to Start ANYTHING
So my conclusion is this and Iโll give you an example, although a little strange. So let's say, you need to peel some potatoes. You're going to do some research and you're going to check how thick the skin of the potato is. What kind of tools do I need? So you're going to research the tools and then afterwards you're like, dude, but once I have the tool. What angle?
What's the perfect angle to go and peel that stuff, you know? So you're going to identify that its twenty five point seven degrees, that you need to have the perfect angle to peel that damn potato. And then you need to figure out how do I measure that? And stuff like that. All right.
So it's going to take you for ever, you know, to get ready before you peel one potato. All right. And, you know, I already said in the previous podcast there is a moment after which, you know, more information is damaging. All right.
So in this case what I found out is that the best moment to start anything is not when you're ready, but is before you're ready. It's very counterintuitive. It's something my brain had to process. But that's the best time.
Let's say, for example, you found this verity of potatoes in Argentina. And they're different, they're thicker. And then you have to do more research and stuff. But what if you take a potato like and you just tried to peel the potato?
Trust me, you've learned more by peeling those potatoes than if you had studied that for like three years or something. Okay. You just went for it. You weren't ready. You just went for it. And this is something I'm applying now.
So I had to jump on this webinar earlier. I had never done a webinar. So I asked myself, what's the best thing for webinar? What's the best platform? What's the best sequence? What's the best this and what's the best that and stuff? So I had a course and stuff that I could follow, but there are like 300 modules.
Man, it's crazy. And I was like, oh man, I need to go through the modules before I jump on a webinar. All right. And then I convinced myself why should you do that? I just jumped on that webinar and I eventually did it.
So you I'm not the type of guy who would just go in. And I said, let's go try it. But more and more, I'm becoming like that this year. For me, it's the year of challenges. I decided this year I was like, you know what? I'm going to do stuff.
I don't care what it is. I've never done it and stuff. I'm just going to go at it and realize that your experience on the field is the best teacher and is way better than any theory or any books.

Frequently Asked Questions
When is the perfect time to start a business or new project?
There is no perfect time. Waiting for ideal conditions costs more than starting imperfectly because skills compound from real reps, not from planning sessions. The best time was five years ago, the second best time is today, and the worst time is the moment after you talk yourself out of it.
How do you know if you are ready to start something new?
You are ready when you can articulate the problem you are solving in one sentence, name the first paying customer profile, and commit 5 hours per week for 90 days. Most people who feel unready actually are ready and are looking for permission. The market grants permission through paid traction.
What is the cost of waiting too long to start?
Two costs compound: lost reps and lost positioning. Every month delayed is one month a competitor builds the audience or product you wanted. The skills you would have learned through real attempts cannot be replaced by reading, watching, or thinking, no matter how much theory you absorb.
How do you overcome the fear of starting before you feel ready?
Reframe the goal. Instead of launching the perfect product, aim to launch the worst version that still solves the problem for one person. This shrinks the stakes to a level where fear loses its grip. Action in public for 30 days dissolves more doubt than 12 months of reflection.
