Today I had the pleasure of dealing with some of the most frustrating individuals on the planet… Not sure why I decided to put myself through this painful situation but hey!

So my day was challenging because I just have just done one of my least favourite activities, which is dealing with Facebook ads.

I mean, these people, if you look at the definition of frustration in the dictionary, you will find managing and running ads on Facebook. I'm running an ad and they said no we don't want it. I change the wording, bam. Now I change the video, Bam. Now I change the landing pages, I change everything.

And at some point I was like, please tell me what the problem is, because I made so many changes that it was just like a plain ad. And then I receive a message from them that says, oh, yeah, we've reviewed your ad and it actually complies with our blah, blah, blah. So your ad is now active.

I go in my ads manager and guess what? The ad is not active. And I don't know if you if you've dealt with Facebook ads before, I mean, these are some of the things you know, you have challenges in life. And this is one of the biggest challenges you will need to learn how to keep your cool in those situations. These people are so frustrating. I really don't understand.

You know, the so here's the thing. If I was doing something shady or something like that. Yes. But I receive in my news feed, ads that are making claims like a hundred times more than what I ever did. I said, well, I'm going to show you the three step process that I use to create my businesses. I mean, what kind of a claim is this?

I haven't done any claims or anything like, oh, you cannot promote some shady or blurry business opportunity. I'm like, look at my feed. Right. But here's the thing. That's the thing with Facebook and stuff like that. Facebook's not the end of the world, but if they ban you, it kind of sucks.

But there are people like the people at Customs, for example, when you're flying and stuff, people at Customs, I don't know if they're paid to be rude or something. But these are the people who can make your life a living nightmare and you need to know when to keep your cool.

And the thing with Facebook is if you start yelling at them like, oh, you bastards, I hate you and blah, blah, blah, they will ban you regardless if they were wrong or whatever. They will ban you and that's all you are going to get out of this whole situation.

How to take a man's frustration to the next level

So basically, I have to keep my cool. So while I'm cursing, right. I'm cursing a lot, but not when I talk to them. When you talk to them, you have to be nice and stuff. But these are the challenges that help you.

You grow and keep your cool to be able to get out of a situation like this with diplomacy instead of, like going in there guns blazing, which to be honest, that's what I wanted to do.

So what I do now is that I save every single ad that I see in my news feed, you know, I was about to send them a message, OK, so what is this? And this one and this one is blah, blah. But you know what? That would have only got me banned, so I haven't done it. So, you know, I'm very frustrated.

There are some things in life that you just have to go through and you will learn a great deal about diplomacy and stuff. I don't even know why I’m still messing with Facebook. I mean, every time I do, I think I've aged like ten years or something. Every time I have to deal with these people, it's a challenge. Oh, they're really annoying. Oh, Jesus Christ.

They banned my account for a good year and a half. It took me a year and a half to get it back. And it was crazy. So I was like, you know what? Keep your damn account. And then at some point I was like, well, I might actually need it to run some ads and do some stuff. So I tried to get it back. It was a battle and Jesus Christ. So I had to make some apologies that I actually didn't mean, and I hate doing that kind of stuff, you know, for me, I'm a proud guy.

I'm very proud. And if I'm not guilty, I don't like to go and apologize. But I actually had to do it, which took a lot out of me, but I managed to get my account back. But it's just not worth my energy and my trouble. I spent the whole day, like, reworking everything so that it's plain enough for Facebook and there are no claims, no nothing and stuff.

But what doesn’t break you makes you stronger, right?
