Some of my audience messaged me and asked me, everything seems to be going great for you. You have this great life and stuff. Why are you still working and why are you still doing a podcast? And you said that you've been busy doing stuff. I thought you were just chilling and stuff.

It’s a legitimate question. People ask me that all the time and they're like, man, once I make it, that's it. I'm going to sit on my ass. I don't do anything now, is that what you're doing? And I'm like, No, not really. And I said, well, I might actually spend more time than you “ working”. And they're like, dude, why? You make like ten times what I do. Twenty times what I do. Why do you do it?

So there are two main reasons. First is I love the stuff. I love it. It's not a job for me. I love it. And if I stop doing it, it's you know, it's as if I stop breathing or something, you know what I mean? It's something that I like doing. It's intellectual stimulation. Every day I learn something and it expands my horizons.

I'm not a biologist, but it does something to my brain. I need that stuff. I need to have some sort of balance, you know. So some people need to go to the gym and they need to do this and then they need to some interaction with friends and stuff. Otherwise they're going to go mad or stuff like that.

Well, me, I need my learning time. It's something I'm passionate about. So, you know, regardless if I need or if I don't need to do it because I don't actually need to do it, I will do it because I love that stuff.

So it's hard for people to understand this because from their perspective, the only thing they've had as a job is something that they don't like. It's something they're forced to do. There are only a few people who can tell you, oh, man, you know what? This is what I've always wanted to do. I love it and I'm just doing it. These people are passionate. They never see it as a job.

Second reason is. So there is something called momentum. So momentum is crucial and it's not just in business, it's in a lot of different things.

You may have seen this athlete, right? He was on top of the world, this NBA player, the dude was so good and stuff. He came here. He has a breakout season was really good. And then what happens? The dude stops training and then that's it. He's gone. He's trying to come back. He can't because he had the momentum and didn't take advantage of it. And he just rested on his laurels.

So I don't need to do anything. But it can go. It's lightning quick that things can change. So my thing is, you want to keep at it, you want to stay hungry. But when I'm hungry, I'm not saying greedy and it’s all about the money. You need to stay hungry in terms of passion. Whatever got you to that level there, you need to keep that. All right.

You always want to stay relevant and inform yourself of everything that's changing. That's the beauty of evolution, is that everything is changing constantly. So it's rewarding. It's fascinating to stay up to date and learn some new stuff but it's also important for your finances to be up to date on what happens and to stay relevant.
