So for today, I wanted to talk to you about something, maybe an expression that you've already heard, something that says how you do anything is how you do everything.
So itโs a very interesting point. And I realized that, yeah, it is true to a certain extent. I mean, there are some things, you know, in some fields you might be more diligent about. But generally speaking, I think is that it is actually true.

ToggleThis ONE THING can impact all your life
OK, it is one thing that I do when I try to basically understand someone. I try looking at what they do instead of what they say, OK, because anybody can tell you anything they want, but you have to look at what they do. It is far more revealing than anything else.
Recently I had a disagreement with people and they were questioning my integrity or at least I thought they were. And this is when I started thinking, OK, so how do I usually act in my life and how do I behave? And you know, that will justify or not justify this.
So some of the people who were on the other side are the kind of people who are always complaining about, oh, man, my maid just quit, the gardener quit. And I'm like, dude, all I hear is someone quit. One of my employees quit. We have to find a new cook. And it's always like this.
And, you know, for me, it's kind of crazy, right, because whether they realize it or not, when we were talking, I was like in my head, I was like, look, here's the deal. You know, the way I behave and the way I act is very constant, whether it's in business or in life.
So, for example, I've had the same gardener, the same maid, the same everything since I got here four years ago. They never, ever quit on me. Never. I order from the same restaurant, the same driver. Every time I need to go to the airport or something, I have the same people. Then if I look at my company, well I have to say I've had the same people for like seven years.
I mean, nobody quit. Right? So that's the thing. People don't just quit. So there must be a reason why this happens. Why would people keep quitting on those people, the babysitter, the gardener, the maid and all kind of stuff?
And the reason is, how you do anything is how you do everything. And me, regardless if it's in my personal life or business, I'm trying to build the long lasting relationships with people, not necessarily that this is my plan, like I'm going to act like this.
But here's the thing. I show respect to people, regardless of what the profession is or something, their income level or their education level. I respect people's time, and I make sure that people are compensated correctly. I don't want people to work for scraps or anything.
I want people to be happy to work with me or anything else. I live this. You know, I wear it on my sleeve. This is the expression in English. Yes. Something like this. Itโs is what I do. OK, I'm not here to cheat people.
I'm not here to like swindle people and all that kind of stuff. I always build long lasting relationships and it applies in everything. Whereas you on the other end. Well start asking yourself why every week you need to find a new cook and a new maid a new blah blah blah.
It's because you don't treat people with respect.
So you start thinking about yourself, you know, is there anything that transpires in your personal life like this? It's how you handle things, even when you have fun, when you travel and stuff, is there something constant in there that basically shows you that you apply this everywhere?
And yeah, if you are in that situation right now where people are quitting on you and all that kind of stuff, you know, people at work are quitting. Your friends are leaving you and stuff like that. Then, you know, instead of blaming them, you know, because it's very easy to point fingers, oh, these bastards, they left and all that kind of stuff.
But if there is a trend like this, while it could very well be that it comes from you, there is something that you are doing right and you're doing it in all these different aspects. It will transpire from one field to another and you might be able to identify this and change it.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the ONE thing that can impact all your life and business?
The one thing that impacts every area of your life is the quality of your morning routine. The first ninety minutes of your day decide focus, energy, and decision quality for the remaining fifteen hours. I protect that window with sleep, hydration, deep work, and zero social media. Operators who own their mornings consistently outperform peers who do not.
How does one habit change influence every area of your business success?
One habit change ripples because keystone habits like daily writing, sleep, or exercise affect energy, focus, and decision making, which then affect every other task you handle. Improving a keystone habit by ten percent often improves total weekly output by thirty percent or more. Pick one keystone habit and protect it for ninety days before adding anything.
Which single keystone habit creates the biggest impact for solopreneurs?
The single keystone habit that moves the needle most for solopreneurs is daily writing for thirty minutes, regardless of topic. Daily writing improves your sales copy, your customer emails, your content, and your decision clarity all at once. Operators who write daily for two years build content libraries, sharper thinking, and stronger audiences without any other change.
How long does one habit take to actually impact your life and business?
One habit takes around sixty six days to feel automatic according to University College London research, and roughly ninety days to start producing visible business outcomes like new clients, more content, or better fitness. Stick with the habit for one full quarter before judging it. Most people quit at week three, which is when benefits start compounding.
