So, you know, as I always say, whatever you're trying to achieve will require work before you get there. And one of these things is repetition. OK. So you need to work on your craft and repeat it every day, every day, every day until it becomes something like second nature.
So, for example, Usain Bolt, the sprinter. When you see the competition for him, this is the easy stuff. You know, when you see him there, that's the end of it. This is just the visible part of the iceberg. But in order to get there, the dude has been running for the last six months, he's been training like crazy. And then afterwards, it's just a showdown. You know, once you get there, it's because youโre ready, you put in the work. And that's all. I mean, you only have to do what you did in training, you know?
So, you know, repetition and your dedication is what are going to lead you to your goals. You need to work on your craft. OK, so that afterwards, when someone is looking, from the outside, it looks natural and stuff, you know. So when, for example I had to add another business or something, I have no idea what these guys are doing. But immediately I can figure out how they're making money.
And every time I see something, I can figure out a way to make it better or it gives me an idea. And some people say โI wish I could do thatโ. But itโs just repetition. I've seen a lot of people do it. I've seen so many different business models and interesting methodologies that people were using. And I've read so many things that now I can connect dots. But it's not like my brain is like super magical or something. It's just repetition.
All right. So, again, I'm trying to reiterate the point that the repetition is important. Now, the reason why I recorded this podcast is that repetition alone is not the key to success. OK. There is a key component that you will need alongside repetition. And this this key component is analysis. Analysis and self-criticism. All right. Because here's the thing.
If you repeat the wrong thing a thousand times, the only thing you're doing is doing the wrong thing over and over and over and over again. Then afterwards, it will stick. And the more you repeat it, the harder it is to get away from it. Right. So, you're basically creating the equivalent of muscle memory. Right. And if you do it wrong, then it's engraved in you. And it's hard to change. Right.

So this is why when you repeat something, you need to stop and analyse. All right. So this is true in in sport. This is true in life. This is true in business. OK. I think this message is not relayed enough.
So let's say, for example, you're trying to open the door and the door wonโt open because you're pushing the door. So what do you do? You push, push, push, push, push, push. It's not going to work because maybe you need to pull the damn door and that at that point it will work. And then afterwards you realize that, you know what, I need to pull the door and you repeat the pulling movement instead of the pushing movement.
So whatever you're doing, try to analyse if you're doing the right thing. So if you're doing your repetition, do must stop at some point to see if it's working. And if it's working, why is it working? And if it's not working, why it's not working? And you adapt. And once you find that magic formula, then at that point you can start repeating and repeating and repeating.
And this is how you're going to build an efficient habit and you're going to get the success you want.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the one element most entrepreneurs underestimate for success?
Consistency over years, not intensity over months. Almost every overnight success ran the same playbook for 4 to 7 years before the result showed up. Founders who change strategy every quarter never reach the compounding zone where the work starts to pay back disproportionately.
How do you stay consistent when results are slow?
Track inputs, not outputs, for the first 12 months. Hit your weekly publish, ship, or outreach count regardless of likes, sales, or replies. Inputs are inside your control and create the surface area for results, while watching outputs early triggers panic edits that break the system.
Why do most entrepreneurs quit before success arrives?
They quit at month 8 to 14, which is exactly the dip before traction usually accelerates. Without a written milestone plan, the founder mistakes flat months for a broken model and pivots. A 36-month commitment letter to yourself solves most premature pivots.
Can consistency be scheduled?
Yes, and it must be. Block the same three hours on the same days each week for the core activity, treat the block as a meeting you cannot move, and protect it for at least 12 months. Calendar discipline produces consistency that motivation alone cannot.
